Terminator 2 is just one of those movies that boys like me born in the 80s treasure like a religion. And the soundtrack is incredible. The theme from that movie has stuck with me ever since it released. So a cover had to happen. And happen it did.

It was made in FLStudio 4 with these VST instruments:

Hard to remember this far back. But half of this song is original work, and I decided as I went along to do what I always (and still do) wanted to remix, and that was the theme to Terminator 2. It is so awesome. So that is what happened here and why half the song is not Terminator 2. I think it worked out well and I have to say the quality is pretty top notch for 2004. Also the voice sample in the beginning was made using the integrated Speech Synthesizer Generator in FLStudio.

The soundtrack from Terminator 2: Judgement Day was composed by Brad Fiedel in 1991. The studio met Fiedel and Cameron with concern and skepticism; they believed his style would not suit the film. He actually made the soundtrack using two Fairlight CMI‘s. One for percussive instruments and one for the rest. Absolutely awesome.
